Lost or Damaged Orders

Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost in transit: If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
