Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns. No Refunds.
Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products once an order has been shipped.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive biological compounds. Once shipped, we cannot verify that proper storage conditions were maintained.
Accepting returned compounds would compromise the integrity and safety of our inventory.
All products are quality-tested and sealed prior to shipment. We stand behind the purity and accuracy of every order.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details, dosage, and specifications prior to ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will review the following situations on a case-by-case basis. These are the only exceptions to our no-returns policy:
Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging and product. We will review and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
Wrong item received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the error and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for review. Peptide Expedition reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these criteria.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before payment has been confirmed. Once payment is verified and the order enters processing, it cannot be cancelled.
